Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RITE Conversation Builder™ (the "Service"), provided by Menifield & Associates, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RITE Conversation Builder™ helps users draft and refine structured interpersonal conversations. Output is generated by AI and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using generated content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, spam, or that violates the intellectual property or other rights of others. You must not interfere with the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Menifield & Associates, LLC retains all ownership rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. AI-generated content may contain errors and is not legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and using the output appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menifield & Associates, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
