RITE Conversation Builder™ uses AI technology to help generate conversation guidance and communication support.
Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. To generate responses, relevant conversation details are securely processed through trusted AI providers.
Your conversations and writing patterns are not used to train public AI models.
Voice Learning and saved conversation history can be turned off or deleted at any time.
Because this is an AI-supported communication tool, please avoid entering highly sensitive personal, medical, legal, or confidential information.
1. Who We Are
Menifield & Associates, LLC is the data controller for the personal information collected through RITE Conversation Builder™. We are responsible for deciding how your personal data is used and protected.
2. Information We Collect
When you use RITE Conversation Builder™, we collect: (a) account information such as your name and email address; (b) login credentials; (c) the conversation inputs and outputs you create; (d) support messages; (e) usage and telemetry data; and (f) device identifiers and IP address.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate AI responses, save your history, process payments, send service-related communications, maintain account security, prevent fraud, and support product improvement.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) contract performance — to provide the Service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — to improve security, prevent fraud, and enhance our product; (c) consent — for marketing communications where required; and (d) legal obligation — where we are required to comply with applicable laws.
5. AI Processing
Conversation inputs are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested output. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train AI models.
6. Sharing & Recipients
We share information only with categories of recipients who help us operate the Service:
- Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, AI inference, analytics, customer support tooling)
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when necessary
- Authorities where required by law
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data and conversation history while your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service (authentication, session management) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, as well as the right to data portability and to object to certain processing. We will respond to requests within one month. Contact us to exercise these rights.
