Free Trial
Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and owe nothing.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until then.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial charge if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be canceled to stop future renewals, but refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@menifieldassociates.com with the email address associated with your account. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
